A selective pre-emergent herbicide, XL*2G is a granular combination of surflan and Balan and as such will control over 50 species of a broad range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in ornamental plantings and container grown material. Stable on soil surfaces and will not wash away, it needs no incorporation. It lasts longer than most commonly used pre-emergent herbicides. XL is gentle on a broad range of ornamental species and is safe to use on wet foliage. One application provides 16 to 20 weeks of control and its safe to nearby landscaping.
